WebPhysX is significantly faster than bullet (~2.5x for cpu rigid body iirc). Both are about equally easy to integrate. PhysX does require you to bake your main collision meshes...I think bullet can largely side step that. You can bake meshes in PhysX in realtime but you're going to have to hide the 1-7 seconds it takes for larger meshes to bake.
