Within 1 year the sofa was making a dreadful noise, creaking, sounding like the frame would crack. I contacted Marks and Spencers in February 2024 and was sent someone in June to inspect the furniture.

The only thing stopping a total meltdown are what is left of excellent staff from yester year. Even these are loosing heart and will freely agree with you about the company they work for. Its rubbish! Be wary. There is no customer service in store itself.
