Boandpokey, Yes, you can mount different scopes on the same mount if your have the same dovetail on them, or if your mount has the capacity mount both at the same time. I have a C6R, 8"R200ss with a 90mmf4 as a guider, & a PST on my mount all the time, but my mount is a beast. YMMV.
