WebThe study was carried out in two colonies of black-headed gull at Vyšatov pond (48° 59′N, 14° 22′E) and Blatec pond (49° 07′N, 14° 18′E) in South Bohemia (Czech Republic) from May to July in 2000 and 2001. The black-headed gulls lay their eggs in 1–2 day intervals, approximately 1.5–1.75 days (Hudec and Černý 1977).
